Xeon E3 1220v3 questions..

Hello everyone,i wanna ask some questions about this xeon...
Are this xeon at least better than my curret cpu i3 4160...?
I wanna some fps in PUBG and in other games,can i get that,and how much i will get?
One problem,i have GTX 1050ti 4gb and power for this gpu is minimum 300w,if i put that xeon with power of 80w in my rig with some crappy PSUwith 500W,i will have some issues?

The Xeon e3 1220v3 performs almost identically to the i5-4460.
It's basically the exact same thing, except it has support for ECC memory, which you don't need or want.
But it doesn't have integrated graphics, while the i5-4460 does.

i will give him my processor and about 20$ for that xeon,its relative cheep...the cheepest i5 in my country is about 140$...i5 4460 and i5 4570...i think xeon is little bit better than that i5 4460
