So 4 days a ago I received my pc and with it came the Corsair rmx650 I didn't notice the noise for 2 days until I took my headphones off and heard it which it sounded kind off like electricity/buzzing it gets louder under load and goes when I turn the computer off a clip will be bellow of it by the way the loud case fans may make it hard to hear it however if you listen closely you will hear it could anyone please tell me what this is.

I doubt I need to listen to the video to tell you that it's coil whine. It's not inherently bad for your PSU, but if the noise bothers you greatly you might want to RMA that system or at least the PSU and try to get a new one. Regardless it is probably worth RMAing that if you can, because ideally you'd want to have no issues whatsoever with your PSU, since it is the most important component of the system.

Is coil whine just noise because the noise doesn't bother me however if it causes damage to the system then I will have to Rma so for now I will keep it and no problems will occur?

There shouldn't be any weird sounds at all coming from a PSU at all EVER.

If there is then it's best to replace it.

See I have recently got this computer and really don't want to send it back again so are you sure it isn't just coil whine or what else could the buzzing mean because the psu is new

Noises are never a good thing.

The only thing you should ever hear is the fans or maybe the HD working if not an SSD.

Anything other than that is not good.

I don't know wether to test my luck as the computer has a warranty so I can send it back if anything goes wrong also doesn't coil whine have a a buzzing noise however it is harmless

Up to you.

If it was me I would send it back as it is NEW.
