Intel® Core™ i7-7800X 3,5 GHz

i7-7700K 4,2GHz

Which one is beter? Will be overclocking it, and heavy gaming/streaming,

Solution
Depends on the title, as titles utilizing <5 threads, still leaves plenty for streaming. Some newer titles are using more, and that's likely to become the 'norm' over time (although that's been said for years now)....

Personally, I'd hold out for CoffeeLake availability in a couple of week..... you're going to be looking at 6core+ chips in the 'mainstream', without having to invest in an "X" platform, where motherboards are usually $200+.

I'd expect Z370 to be priced in the same (rough ballpark) as Z270 ($100-$150) with CoffeeLake prices similarly to KabyLake.

Alternatively, Ryzen could present a solid value for money option for you here..... a Ryzen5 1600 + B350 board (for example) would net you (relatively) similar performance*...

"Better" depends on your use case.

The 7700K is 4Core/8Thread - and a higher clock speed, so would be "better" for single core performance, or tasks that utilize a lesser core/thread count.
Gaming, would be one example.

The 7800X is a 6Core/12Thread count, sacraficing a little in clock speed for those additional cores. A great CPU in it's own right, would still be a very capable gaming chip, but is geared a little more to content creation etc, tasks that prefer cores/threads over outright clockspeed.

better for what? certain applications will favor one over the other. the x series really shines in workstation environments where thread crunching is most important. for applications that favor a single core/thread the fastest single core of the 7700k will win

the x series is a slower clock but has more cores and is better at multi threaded workloads. based on the older skylake.
for single core jobs the fastest single core will win, ie the 7700k. based on kaby lake
for a more general idea. results are generalizations only

*With new updates, Ryzen is closing the "gaming" gap with Intel a bit, especially when paired with more "modest" GPUs. The gap is still pretty sizeable, due to Intel's higher IPC when paired with "top tier" cards like the 1080TI or Titan.

As Barty1884 says...Coffee Lake is out in just a few days..Wait to see how it performs..then make a decision. I have a feeling that the i7-8700K might be a great processor for your use case - Gaming & Streaming with great overclocking potential...just a a few days to go before we find out.
