Can anyone build me a gaming pc on PCPartPicker that will be under $300.
The only games i will play will be Minecraft , Ksp ,and Space Engineers

Your budget is too small for a complete system. For $300 you could buy a used system with a 2nd-gen i5 and add a low power GPU.

Dell OptiPlex 790 PC Tower Core i5-2400@3.1GHz 4 Core 4GB Ram 750GB DVD-RW Win 7 - US $125.00

And maybe find another 4GB of same spec RAM after you get it and find out.

Other cheaper GPUs if you want to save more money.

Will I be able to play all the games i want.

I wouldn't expect to play the new high-budget AAA games with that CPU/GPU and 4GB of RAM, but it will play the games you mentioned and other older games.

The i5-2400 + GTX 1050 Ti would play all the new games much better. You'd want to add 4GB to make a total of 8GB though.
