These are my specs right now:

i5 - 4430
Asrock z87 pro3
4G 1600mhz Ram DDR3
750TI palit
Seasonic 750 M12II-750 Bronze
500GB HDD

Right now my motherboard and power supply are showing symptoms that it is going to die soon. My GPU and Ram are kinda new I've been using it for less than a year. So the problem is; Should I also change my processor which was pretty expensive years ago? I think it is still working but it's hard to find other parts that would be compatible for the upgrade base on my research but I'm not 100% sure. Should I just buy a new motherboard, processor and power supply? Also I only have around 200$ to spend for the upgrade and I want to play games like PUBG in the near future.

Why do you think your mobo and PSU is going to die soon?
Best and cheapest upgrade is to find a I7-4790K which can be overclocked with your Z87 mobo. Then get more RAM as 4GB is not enough. And upgrade your GPU to GTX 1060.

But $200 won't really be enough, specially if you insist on new mobo and PSU.

What makes you think your motherboard and power supply are going to die soon?

You have a good power supply that has a 5 year warranty. I don't see any need in replacing it unless you want to just RMA it. I'm sure SeaSonic would replace it if it was having problems.

Your motherboard could be getting ready to give out, but how do you know?

To get the most out of PUBG and other games you will need a better GPU. If you can find a GTX 1060 3GB that's within your budget that'd be great, but if not then settle for a 1050 Ti. Also, you'll want another 4GB of the same exact RAM.

Sure a better processor (& motherboard+RAM) would be great, but they will still be held back by your 750 Ti.

Hi guys I've been using this computer for quite a while now i think 4 years and right now I am having hard time turning the computer on. It takes like 10 - 20 tries for it to stop twitching and continue to boot. Hi guys sorry for not including the problem in my original post. If that's the case it would be cool to upgrade the broken parts first and I'll just buy the GPU next.

Yes! I'm like 60 - 40 between the motherboard and the power supply. If it's the Motherboard should I buy and old one that supports my processor or just upgrade to a newer one like a G4560 and a b250?

I would stay away from buying old motherboards. If they're new and old they will be overpriced because of a lack of supply, and if they're used they could be getting ready to go bad anyway.

I would wait until after Intel's 8th-gen Coffee Lake releases except that I heard they won't have anything but Z370 motherboards out until later, so it will be more expensive to upgrade to.

Ryzen 3 would still cost over $200 to move to, and a G4560/G4600 would be around $200 but it will be on the basically "obsolete" socket that won't support Intel's new 6-core processors.

Kind of a tight spot you're in.

Damn I knew this was gonna be a problem. Well I was hoping I could keep the 750 TI and just play other games for a while then just buy a new one later on. Do you think 200$ would be enough for a Motherboard,Processor and RAM? By the way how sure are you guys that it is the Motherboard that has the problem?
