What is the standard performance of a GTX 1080ti with settings lowered to High at 4k?

Hey, everyone, I'm new here.

So, this is a curious question more than anything else. I currently have a GTX 1070 and a 144hz 1080p monitor. Hardware is not currently here yet, but I want to upgrade my current machine (Z170 mobo, 8gb DDR4-2133, i5-6600k) to a 4k 144hz gaming machine in the future, when hardware does catch up.

But I still am curious as to where we are now.

So for a baseline, if I were to have an i7-6700 at stock clocks, and ran a 1080ti at stock with it, at native 4k resolution, what would the framerate look like if the graphics settings were lowered from Ultra to just High?

I've asked this question other places as well, but I've gotten no real numerical answers, just people complaining and questioning my purchasing decisions. So please, do not do this. I am not looking for advice. All I want to know are framerates with this card at settings LOWER than ultra, which I cannot find benchmarks anywhere with this information.

This is purely a question for curiosity's sake, so I can better formulate my own upgrade plan for the future.

Games I am most interested in hearing about:
Batman: Arkham Knight,
Watch Dogs 2,
Dishonored 2,
Deus Ex: Mankind Divided,
Hitman,
Ghost Recon Wildlands,
Rise of the Tomb Raider

Thank you, and I hope I enjoy my time here on these forums.

I think it would be between 50 and 70fps(on average) on some of those games at those settings.
Not even the 1080ti can maintain 60+ constantly at 4k... but if you want the smoothest experience at 4k, there's none better, bar Titan Xp, at the moment.
