How much watt needed for psu to overclock

Hello everyone. I’ll have EVGA GTX 1080 FTW SLI build. Also have 7700K. Which PSU I have to get for solid overclocking. 5 GHz-ish for CPU(I’ll use Kraken X-62 cooler) and some solid OC for GPUs as well. Thanks for helps !
