Every so often I get a blue screen. Sometimes it's for IRQL_EQUAL_OR_LESS (I think that's it) or some other reason which I can't remember. I should note that I got a couple more blue screens while playing CS:GO over playing PAYDAY 2, but this could just be the inconsistency of them.

I have a newly built PC, NOTHING from my old one except I have my old drives plugged in so I can clear them out. I'll list the specs below:

DELIDDED i7 7700k @ 5.0GHz 1.270V (temps are fine)
Thermaltake Water 3.0 360mm (swtiching to h115i in a couple days)
32GB 2400MHz Trident Z RGB
ASRock Fatal1ty Z270 Gaming K6
MSI GAMING X GTX 1080 Ti
Samsung 960 EVO 250GB NVME M.2
EVGA G1 650W 80+ GOLD PSU (PC Part picker says I have enough power for my build)
Windows 10 Education Edition (I get windows 10 for free with my school, don't have a clue why.)

Everything is bought brand new.

Please help.

Solution
Downclocking the CPU fixed the issue. I might need more voltage if I put it up to 5GHz again, but it works at 4.8GHz @ 1.25V. Hope this helped anyone having the same problem.
