On every site on google everybody says unistall driver and install new.....
That is for slow AMD RADEON SETTINGS, but for nobody as me that dont work,,,,
we buy 300 eur grafhic card and they cant make a settings program that will at least have normal respond when opening?????

What's your issue? I've used a Radeon R9 280, and now my kid use it. Never had any driver issues.
With older graphics cards you don't benefit from frequent driver updates unless you get a brand new game for which the new drivers are optimised.
