I have just got a replacement motherboard against my MSI 970A-G43 board. The new one is MSI 970A-G43 Plus. I have been using a CM Hyper 212x with my FX 6300 processor. After turning on the PC I get a message saying "CPU Fan Not Working". I physically checked it and found the fan to be spinning properly. Then I used different third party applications like Core Temp, HWInfo, MSI Afterburner etc to check the CPU temp and found it to be within the normal range - idling at around 32-38 degrees Celsius and while gaming at around 63-72 degrees celsius. The fan error has never occurred during PC use or gaming but prompts always while windows loads.

I have tried unplugging the CPU fan and re-plugging it couple of times but no change. I am sure that the four pin fan is connected to the CPU Fan port. So, how can i solve this issue? Its not causing problem in operating the PC but its very irritating.
