Are these temps normal for air cooled e7400?

I am mainly playing browser games and browsing the net. CPUID HWMonitor shows that my e7400 temps range from 60-78 deg Celsius. My HSF is Deepcool Iceblade. Are my CPU temps too high for the kind of activity that my pc does? Note: CPU is not OC'd and the casing is the generic stock casing.

those Temp are in safe range but those temp can be improved you can check your CPU cooler if its proper mounted or not see if its not been blocked bu the Dust under the heatsinks
and you can change the thermalpaste of your CPU and try to improve your case airflow
