Hi! i recently upgraded my cpu from a fx 6300 to a ryzen 5 1600x and since then my graphics card has been feeling slow, it's always at 100% when in games i could play with no problems before.

specs:
cpu ryzen 5 1600X
gpu spphire r9 390 8gb
ram 16gb
mobo msi x370 gaming pro carbon

There's not really a lot you can do - a change in motherboard/CPU/RAM can present all sorts of driver conflicts and unexplained issues in general.

You can try your best to clear them up by removing drivers and reinstalling appropriate drivers, but there's just no guarantee you won't run into simply 'random' issues over time.
