Bulky air cooler or cheap AIO liqid cooler?

Hi. The current build I'm going to buy uses a cooler master seidon 240v. But a lot of forums say it's not worth getting an AIO cooler this cheap. So I looked at the dark rock 3 by be quiet. This seems better, but its 160mm tall in a case with a 160 mm clearance. So - should I get the better cooler with limited space or the lesser liquid cooler? They're both the same price in the UK (£50), so I don't know what to get. Or maybe suggest a different cooler (liquid or air) for the same price? Just for reference, these are my components:

And i don't plan to overclock!

Solution
AIO's are fine until the pump fails; then at load your CPU will quickly reach 100°C and throttle. With the selected CPU, the stock cooler does the job, but if you're worried or don't like it, then a Cryorig M9i (if you can find it) would be excellent; a more expensive alternative is the 147mm high Cryorig H7 that sells for £35.
A Noctua NH-U9s would be very good.
But with no overclocking a cooler master evo 212 is more than enough.
Or check a Zalman CNPS9900 Max if you like the looks. The Zalman is also very good because it doesnt interfere with Ram or anything else but it doesnt allow you to change fans. It has a unique 135mm fan that cant be replaced. But it will shurelly last you for some years.

I don't know - neither have that great reviews, the noctua not having great cooling and the zalman's quite noisy. And i know it doesnt need to be like ice, but cos im young and dont have a proper job im paranoid about frying parts. Are there really no AIO's for that price? because they look so much better and i know higher end ones perform better than air coolers

Most of what you said is not right. The noctua is quite good and the zalman is on the level of a noctua nh 14 although a bit noisier in tests but that doesnt mean it is loud. I have one and is quite silent. It is louder if you OC your cpu and it must spin faster due to higher temps. But that happens with every cooler. Including AIOs. The AIOs also need fans.. and the Evo212 is one of the most sold coolers.. that means something..
Read some more reviews. And by all means dont limit yourself to the examples/suggestion I gave allthough they are good ones. There are plenty of good coolers out there for a good price. You are not going to OC so just about almost anything will do. Even the stock cooler.
