Need to use a dual monitor set up on an old computer which only has 1 vga. This is what I have to work with:
Intel Celeron cpu E1400@2ghz
2gb ram
32 bit
Windows 7
NVIDIA GeForce 7050/NVIDIA n Force 610
Is there a card I could use with a splitter that would work.

Get a cheap/used NVIDIA GeForce 610 or 710 card that plugs into the PCIe slot on your Geforce 7050 mobo. This will bypass the 610 that is built into the mobo. The add-on GPU should have multiple video out ports so that you can connect to monitors.
