All of this is new to me, but I am looking into getting a game in PC that is able to Run MMOs like Ark, shooters like COD, CS Go ect. From what I've read building a PC is prob the best way to go. You can start with any of these here, and add, watching your prices, your keyboard, mouse, and monitor. Maybe even add speakers and/or headset. For the OS, I'd go with Win10, and take advantage of the trial until, as soon as you can, you purchase a full version.
