Will an old stock cooler fit on an i5 6600k

I currently have an i3 6100. I am on a budget and was wondering if the stock cooler from the i3 6100 is good enough for the i5 6600k or if I would have to invest in a water or air cooler.

They use different wattage (TDP) coolers. The i3-6100 is a 51W CPU, the i5-6600K is 91W. While the old cooler will fit, it won't cool the i5-6600K at anything beyond idle.
