Replaced cpu and now I have no power to USB ports or hdmi

My computer has working perfectly fine until I upgraded my cpu. MyUSB ports and HDMI won’t turn on (The lights in my Mouse and keyboard will not turn on). I’ve tried reinstalling the cpu but to no avail.

Try forcing Win to look for updates. Sounds like the CPU driver isn't loaded. But this is just a guess since you never stated what your system specs were. And what the old CPU was.

Move your keyboard and mouse to a USB2.0 port instead of USB3.0.
