Which PC specs would be better

Solution
Seeing as you already have that device, for £100 there is nothing you can do to get to GTAV, high, 1080px60.

You need a better CPU, i5, ryzen 5 at least, and associated mobo and memory
You need a better GPU, 1050ti/1060 class at least.

You may need a new PSU when you do this, and windows might expire due to the mobo change.

If you just do one of these then you'll not get the result that you want.

Is there a good way to upgrade this with around £50-£100? I’m trying not to spend too much.

Do you actually have this?

60 fps! At what resolution and at what settings? You would need a stronger gfx card to accomplish get anywhere near 60 fps. But less than 60 fps will not limit your gaming enjoyment. Just staying above 30 fps will be a challenge. Btw, GTAV is very CPU limited.

If you haven't already committed to one of those PCs, maybe you need to save up a bit more and go for a better gamer. What's your budget and are you US based?
