Power Supply Enough?

Hi,
I´m thinking of getting a gtx 550 ti for 12 dollars (what a bargain) but it requires at least 400 watt and my PSU is only 350 watt. Is it enough or not?

a 550Ti calls for a 400W but will consume less than 135W (@116W) total. if your power supply can provide the required 11A and still have enough for the CPU say another 11A, if your 12V rail has more than 23A I think it will work.
