Taking motherboard w/ CPU, RAM, and CPU water cooler out together

I am switching cases but still using the same CPU, CPU cooler, and RAM. It seems ok, but I wanted to make sure that it is ok to just take them out together and move them into the new case?

No problem at all, just take extra care to not knock anything or cause damage to any of the components.

But removing them and keeping them together is no issue. Just requires a bit more care.
