My fps has been decreasing in a WEEK

GPU Gigabyte gtx 1050 ti
CPU i3 7350k 4,2ghz

So my fps has been dropping in all games ive played (rust,ark,pubg,six siege)

For an example about a week ago i had stable 80 fps in Rainbow six siege with the exact same settings as now but now i get 50-70 fps.

In ark i used to get 50-60 fps on the exact same settings now i get 35-40fps

And this just sucks man is my GPU dying ? my pc (all parts) is like 2months old

Temps are fine too idle 30-33 load 50-60
Cpu temps fine too 30-32 idle 50-59 load
Ive updated drivers didnt help at all.

Some simple things to check as initial troubleshooting steps:

Dust out your computer and ensure good airflow.. Trapped heat could be still be affecting things on a non-monitored component

Are you using an Uninterrupatable Power Supply? Try running without it as a failing UPS may be affecting power delivery.

System specs might be helpful as well as an initial troubleshooting step. A poor quality power supply that is starting to fail can cause that symptom as well as it starts to not be able to deliver enough power.

Have you went inside the computer and reseated everything? Sometimes I spot a loose connection in my PC and it kills frames, consider checking for dust too, as dust may be able to float into the connector and cause latency issues, as far as I can tell. All I can think of after that is just uninstalling programs you don't use at all, then doing a virus scan.

ive scanned my computer with malwarebytes (full scan including rootkits) and with avast they found no viruses/malware

My fractal core 2300 has 2 fan "holes" at the top of the case and ive got curtains behind the computer and pretty much the whole computer is exposed thru those holes so should i use canned air everyday to the direction of the pcie connector? and im kinda scared about reseating anything because this was my first build only thing i could do is to reseat the gpu but not without a clear reason.
