Computer Freezes While Under Load - Tried Everything!

I am sorry to have to ask but I have looked at all the threads I could find and tried it all (that I could find)

My computer freezes every time it hits 58c-60c under load. I have used HWMonitor, ASUS Suite II and Corsair Link to verify this temp. I can use the computer as long as I put no load on the computer (word programs, Internet browsing and Youtube or limited VLC player) but when I play games, the more CPU intensive the "better" it wont stay below 60c within about 3-5min and will crash every time.

Things I have tried:
Using Prime95 to torture test the CPU. Within 1 minute I can go from 30c-35c idle to 70c at which point I halt the test. Interestingly I can pass 60c but ONLY during the torture test. - No Crash

Used MemoryTest86 (not the+ one) and ran for 6 total runs (24+hrs) No issues found. - No Crash

Stress tested the GPU for 3hrs and it held a max temp of 61c. - No Crash

Tested HDD with a few programs. No errors found. - No Crash

Launch and idle and/or play 20+ steam games and also RAM intensive modded Minecraft - Crash %100 time when CPU temp hits 58c - 60c

Completely rebuild computer and used the CORRECT amount of Arctic Silver 5. - No Change

Ambient temp, 45f. Computer is on hard floor 2' away from sliding storm door. If I open the door the compute takes 3-5min more to lock up while under load. I have tried taking off a side plate and placing a fan directly on MB area and it is no change.

TLDR: Computer freezes when under load or gaming @ 58c-60c. Scanned/tested CPU, HDD, Ram and GPU and test are good and dont cause lockup. Computer idles at 30c-35c but heats to 60c in 2-3min and takes 5-10min to go back to 35c.

I have tried changing settings manually per some forums and every time I try to change voltage or anything off Auto or D.O.C.P. it says OC invalid upon boot. Dont know it that is relevent.

The only thing I can think is that there an issue with my cooling pump and that I own a FX-9590 :)

System Build:
AMD FX-9590 (never OC)
Corsair H100i GTX
Asus Crossfire V Formula-Z Mobo
Corsair RM1000 Gold+ PSU
Sapphire R9 390 8gb w/backplate
Kingston - Savage 32GB (4 x 8GB) DDR3-1866 Ram
Seagate 2TB hdd

Hi blacksun :)

You have the FX-9590 which is a beast to stabilize depending on your Bios settings.
What changes have you made in Bios.? If none made, I can help stabilize and recommend settings.
Ensure your Bios is up to date with ver 2201. You will have to get a stable boot at stock 4.7GHz to start.
For any form of OC you need to set to manual in AI overclock tuner.

The FX-9590 will not withstand any voltage droop and LLC (Load Line Calibration) and current capability will help under load. (AI Tweaker menu in Digi+ power control)and have mine set at High and 120% respectively. Also its best to have the 4pin MB connection occupied to support the CPU under load.
You have the best MB for the FX-9590 and should be able to OC to 5.0GHz with a H100i at ambient 20-25C.
I use AIDA64 in conjunction with HWMonitor to stress test the system, so download and put them on your desktop together. Run the AIDA64 test for CPU,FPU and cache. Take screenies at the 10min mark and observe your temps. If you wish to post your results, I will be looking for voltages under load in HWMonitor and temps after 10mins. Lets see some stress test results at stock 4.7GHz before Bios changes and recommendations.

Unfortunately all I can get my hands on is a standard 325w out of a pre-built. I don't know if this helps but in HWMonitor and AI Suite I get VCore fluctuations from 1.1v up to the rare 1.6+ volt constantly.

I can't seem to get it stable enough to run the test for 10 minutes. Heck, sometimes it locks up before I can even launch it or if I have ran it and locked it up earlier a time or 2 it wont even get far enough to post.

I had never seen/heard of that before. Thanks for the info! Is the 1000w overkill for a 650-700 demand? It can get 100f+ here which is why I went with a much larger PSU as to not tax it.
 
1000 watts is fine (tho there's debate about how efficient a PSU runs with overkill). The problem is the quality isn't so great. It may or may not be the problem, but nice to rule out if you can.
Since you also deal with high ambient temperatures, make sure the PSU (and all the components) are getting as much air as possible, by where you place the PC tower, and the cooling fans layout in the case.

If you have been using AISuite to change settings then don't. Only make changes in Bios once it's updated and the best method for this is using your rear IO panel and a USB stick. To eliminate a possible heating issue, check your Idle temps in Bios to eliminate a possible pump failure.
If the system crashes at stock then there is the possibility that the PSU is indeed letting you down and really the only way is to swap out the unit with a decent quality and efficient 850W min PSU to try.
Another possibility is corruption within Windows. A bad driver or service issue can crash your system.
You can do a system scan using "sfc scannow" in an elevated command prompt. This will scan for and report on any corruption within your Windows OS files.
If the system refuses to post then you should be able to identify the reason from your MB QCODE led readout. Report this readout if you don't know it's meaning.
