I have a Samsung Galaxy J7 (2016) J7108. The LCD screen broke, so i decided to buy a replacement LCD screen. It arrived, i installed very carefully in my phone. But the problem is, it doens't work. The phone works, cause I can feel vibrations etc. But the screen just stays black. Is it maybe because I bought a screen for a J7 (2016) J710? Because mine is a j7108 version. The screen fit perfectly fine. I also tried reconnecting the screen etc, still didn't work.

Yes it could be because you got it for the wrong model, or there was some other damage done. Contact the place you bought the screen from and check with them.
