1060 3 GB is about 70% better than the 1050ti in terms of specs and resources but on real life performance, probably bout ~50%
the cost that u have there shows that the 1060 3GB cost about almost 56% more
imo, if u can afford it, it's a pretty good performance increase there, i deemed it worth the extra price
but it all comes back to you:
1. can your PSU supply enough power for it (1060 needs a 6-pin connector, whilst 1050ti don't)
2. do you have a 1080p monitor? if yes, do you really need to max out everything on 1080p? or are you satisfied enough with the high settings, if it's yes, 1050ti is more than enough
3. will your system bottleneck it or not
after all, should u go with the 1050ti, the extra 60$ can be used to buy games instead
