SSD won't show up in BIOS

Forgive any ignorance going forward because I'm new to computers.

I have a Gigabyte h110m-A motherboard and so far no matter what I do I can't detect my SSD In BIOS, device manager, windows 10, disc management, etc. I have had two Samsung 850 EVO's that I assumed were DOA after extensive troubleshooting and now my newly arrived crucial mx300 isn't being detected. I don't think it's possible to have three be DOA?

Here's a few of the things I've done already which have yielded no results. I've updated my motherboard Bios. I've purchased and switched out half a dozen SATA cables, I've updated the firmware on the SSD's as well. I've tried solo loading the SSD without my current HDD connected, nothing. I've tried booting it in the SATA 0 port, nada. I've tried every combination of SATA Port and SATA cable, just isn't working. It detects my current HDD and just about everything else, except for my last three SSD's.

I've gone through BIOS and made sure all the ports are enabled, I am also currently in AHCI mode as well. It won't show up in device manager, disk management, my PC, or windows 10, it's just not there, I can't even allocate it or whatever. I'm sure I left some things I've tried out, I'm sorry ahead of time. Any help would be appreciated guys, thank you for your time.

The HDD is detected in the same port, or any SATA port I put it in. I wait and listen for the tell tale snap in click noise both in the MOBO and SSD each time I try to see if it'll connect. I haven't tried changing psu ports, I suppose I could try that when I get home from work. What's the reasoning there? Trying to learn this stuff. Thanks again.

Thanks Vapour, I didn't mean to down vote your solution. Accident, using my phone. I'll consider that as an option. I am however hoping there is some solution. I find it odd that it is SSD specific but detects my HDD no problem.
