Is it a good price?
The GPUs inside the video cards are all made by Nvidia. The only difference is the cooling options and factory overclocks. Most factory overclocks you can get yourself at home in 30 minutes. As long as the cooling is not a reference style card, which this is not, then it will be good. So if it is a good price, then it will be just fine.
The fact is, you are getting the best GPU in the world. There will be no visual difference in games between it and any other card with an air cooler.

Looks fine to me. From what I can find it uses the nvidia reference PCB. So it is basically an nvidia founders card with a better cooler.

it's good enough, pretty well known brand around Asia (and priced pretty good too, on Asia, specifically my country, brands like MSI and ASUS are overrated and expensive af)
on the high end level though, i think every brand would give their best of the best, so i don't think u should worry
