Geil memory does not run 3200

I have MSI B350 PRO-VDH and Geil 16 GB (2x8GB) DDR4 3200 MHz EVO Forza Racing Yellow (GFY416GB3200C16ADC). MB does not start with 3200, ever 3066. Only 2933. I tried to reset BIOS and OC from scratch, on-off XMP modes, - it did not helped.
What to do? Buy RAM from QVL list?
BTW neighborhood ram GFR416GB3200C16DC is in QVL, but it has Hynix chip and they say it could get 3200. And my on Samsung B-die couldnt.

these are your ram timings https://hard.rozetka.com.ua/geil_gfy416gb3200c16adc/p23392589/ and these one are is ram timings https://hard.rozetka.com.ua/geil_gfr416gb3200c16dc/p15204423/ see if you could put them in manualy and even if you have samsung b-die this also depens on the number of is version .

Yes, but QVL has 16-16-16-36 and it's lower than my 16-18-18-36. I've not tested yet, but is it possible to launch ram on lower timings despite it didn't launched at standard timings?
