Hi so as it says it's my first time completely building a pc from scratch. All parts are second hand apart from ram and water cooling unit,It all turns on but there is no signal to the tv and fans are on full blast please help
Here is a list of hardware:
Msi g41m s03 mobo
Q9300 cpu
Some cheap ram at 1333Mhz
Erm unsure about the water cooler
R7 260x gpu
And a 500w psi
The gpu was taken out of my current pc
Anything else needed to know just ask but please help
