gpu not working after installing new cooler for cpu

hi. so i got a new hyper 212 evo and just installed it. i had to remove the mother board from the case because i couldnt access the back side of the motherboard. So i plugged everything back in after i installed the cooler connected everything. So i started up the pc and the monitor showed no signal, so i looked inside the pc while it was on and i found that the GPU fans were not spinning.
What could be the problem and how do i fix it. Sorry for bad english

Don't worry about the voting down.

Do you try boot the PC outside the case? or even boot the pc without gtx1050ti, if your PC has the onboard iGPU.

By the way sry for voting down, didnt mean to do that. but i did try taking out the gpi and putting it back in and my gpu does not require a cable because it gets its power dirrectly from the mobo, its a gtx 1050 ti
