FPS issues with i5 6600k and GTX 1060

i5 6600k
GTX 1060
8GB DDR4 RAM

I bought my computer a year ago and have just been using it more recently and I have noticed many problems. I have checked tests on YouTube of people with a weaker rig who have still been getting better performance than me.

Black ops 3 :50-60FPS
Battlefield 1: 15-20FPS
PUBG: 20-30FPS
GTA 5: 25-35FPS

Do you have your monitor plugged in to the GTX 1060 and not your motherboard?

Uninstall/Reinstall display driver with latest from Nvidia.

My CPU usage is 100% on all 4 and usually around 90 C
GPU is 50-60% and around 70-75 C

Looks like your CPU is bottlenecking you. Try OC your CPU if you haven't done so and you have a non-h chipset mb

The CPU cooler is a heatsink w/ a fan on your motherboard.
