I want to know what settings I'll need to have for 720P 60 FPS HD video footage for youtube.

PC Specs:
Intel Core I5 6400 2.70 GHz
Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 3 GB
8.00 GB RAM

Edit: Looking at Youtube's own recommended upload bitrate for videos, specifically high definition resolution videos, for 720p 60 FPS videos, the recommended bitrate is 9.5 Mbps, or, in OBS terms, 9500 Kbps. Would that be accurate or would a different bitrate work better?
Youtube's bitrates for uploads:
Recommended video bitrates for HDR uploads
Type Video Bitrate, Standard Frame Rate
(24, 25, 30) Video Bitrate, High Frame Rate
(48, 50, 60)
2160p (4k) 44-56 Mbps 66-85 Mbps
1440p (2k) 20 Mbps 30 Mbps
1080p 10 Mbps 15 Mbps
720p 6.5 Mbps 9.5 Mbps
480p

File size will be almost completely dependent on your bitrate. The higher the bitrate, the larger the file, and the better the look.
You might just need to play around with it a little bit the get the right rate.
I've seen streams with about 4000 bitrate look pretty good at 720p so maybe start around there.
