PC flickers several times before starting(video supplied)

Ok so like the title says I just upgraded from a corsair RM650 to an EVGA 1000 GQ(B stock) but it flashes/flickers multiple times before actually starting I'm wondering if this is a PSU . Uploaded a video to youtube to show the problem. Any help is appreciated.

You are running a crossfire setup?

What graphics cards, looks like RX 480's or RX 580's.

Yeah that looks like a PSU issue, not handling the power draw very well.

I would replace it with a Seasonic Prime 850W or Prime 1,000W if you want a 1,000W PSU.
