I have overclocked my ryzen 5 1600 to 3.7 GHz at 1.244 volts. Idle temp is 30c and during AIDA64 stability test it reaches 56c using stock cooler. However, since I've overclocked by modifying multiplier, the CPU clock remains constant even when idle and so does the voltage. Even using Ryzen balanced plan did not solve this. I was wondering if this will degrade the CPU lifespan significantly. Any insightful suggestion will be highly appreciated. Thanks.
