My computer turn off and won’t turn back on

So yesterday while i was playing game, my computer suddenly turn off and wont turn back on. So i decided to reboot and nothing. So o left it and the next day i try and still nothing. I opened and checked the motherboard has power. So i tried and same thing the psu fan is not rotating and i can't turn back one.

Mother board intel DH61WW
Ram- DDR3 Kingstone(4Gb)
PSU- Mecury 400 W
Graphics Card- gtx 650
Processor - 13 2120

It looks like your PSU has died to me. The fact your machine was under load gaming when the failure happened is the first clue and the second clue is the PSU that you have. Mercury is pretty much an unrecognised brand and considering I see them for sale for as little as £15 ( $20 ish?) says a lot!

See if you can test another PSU inside your system to confirm the problem. With luck, if it was your PSU it has not killed any other components in your PC.
