Got drunk fell asleep woke up my phone was in the bottom of the tub when I turned it on I think it was still wet and it doesn't work whatever I got the phone apart to someone just like frozen her own bunch of the boards pretty much all of them is it worth fixing there's a cheap way to fix it

Similar situation here. Dropped my cell into the kitchen sink full of water. While I agree with most of what jaguarskx, the information I found was to never use heat in drying components (for whatever reason). I took off the back cover, I removed the battery, and I removed the SIM card. I let it sit for a couple of days, put it back together and it does work, though it is a bit wonky.

Never turn on wet electronics. You may have short circuited it and the phone is dead.

1. Remove the back cover.
2. Place the phone on a flat surface.
3. Get a fan and have it pointed at the phone. If it a heater fan then it can dry quicker.
4. Allow the phone to dry out this way for 5 to 7 days. 3 to 5 day if using a heater fan.
5. Turn on phone to see if it works. If not, then buy a new phone.
