Heat problem with a new power supply

Hi guys.
I needed more W for my PC to work... So I bought this PSU:

I know, is not the best, but it worked.
But then I went to another room to play a game via streaming... and when I returned to my room... that was like hell!
so imagine how was the tower...

I can't explain this...
CPU, Mboard were ok... but...

any explanation?
