when I look for compatible cpu's for your m61pme-s2p : I find there are 2 versions of the motherboard, which one do you have ?

Gigabyte GA-M61PME-S2P(rev. 1.0) or Gigabyte GA-M61PME-S2P(rev. 1.3) either way, you could look on ebay for amd phenom x4 965 its not expensive about 40$. Or a little better CPu would be AMD Phenom II X6 1075T but they run 80-100$

They're expensive because they're old and no longer in production. Your best bet is to get one second hand.
The other option is to bite the bullet and replace CPU, motherboard and RAM with something of the latest model. You should be able to get it all, including 8GB RAM, at ~$250 give or take.

I've done such upgrades to my own computer several times since i purchased it 17 years ago. I typically spend about $400 to get a faster CPU (with motherboard and RAM) every 4-5 years.

I will buy a new system one year later.. I just need a cpu for gta v..

it says AMD Phenom 9850 Quad-Core Black Edition enough for minimum requirements. Do you know another processor that is compatible with my system?

As I see it you have three somewhat reasonable options:
1. Get a second hand best possible CPU for your current motherboard. Don't pay too much!
2. Start modernising your system now! New motherboard, CPU and RAM is required.
3. Wait with GTA V until you have the funds to get a new system.

I provided a link to the complete compatibility list. If it's not in that list it's not compatible!
