I want to use my RGB keyboard lighting all the time

Lately I got and RGB keyboard and I really like it.
I like to have some light in my room during the night and I was wondering if its ok to use my keyboard as a lighting for my room during the night.
Im worried that the light bulbs can burn out fast and I dont want to break the light bulbs of my keyboard.Is it bad for my keyboard being on 24/7 and will the light bulbs burn out fast?

LEDs have an extremely long lifespan, thats true for any LED device (LED Light bulbs can last for decades).
Theres nothing wrong with doing so, but I would recommend something like a remote controlled LED strip instead. Better ambient light overall, controllable from a distance, dim-able, etc.
