High CPU Temps

This is scary, I have 100*c clocked on my CPU right now. I woke up this morning and heard how loud it was, and cleaned it out but it is still happening. Please help!

I just reapplied thermal paste and installed the pump properly. It's still doing it.

I figured out the solution. The H115i was not pumping, so I am sending it back. I am using a stock cooler my cousin gave me for the meantime.
