my tablet just crashed. it is an rca. i can turn it on but when it gets to homescreen it will shut back off without me touching it. what do i do?

Try starting it up in "Safe Mode" and see if it will fully load. If it does, you may have a virus, malware or bad app on the device you will need to remove. Once that is done, you can restart the tablet to get out of "Safe Mode". Remember "Safe Mode" will give you limited access. It is for troubleshooting, not doing regular things.

To get into "Safe Mode" please do the following.

1. First turn off the tablet.

2. Next press and hold "Power" until you see the manufacturers logo on the screen, then release the power button.

3. "Quickly" press "Volume Down" and hold it for few seconds until you see the message "Safe mode: ON" or something similar.

4. If you wanted disable it, simply repeat the steps above, and you should see "Safe...
