screen goes black loud gpu fan noise after like 5-10 minutes of playing games

well this is so annoying .(sometimes)after 10 or 5 minutes of playing any game the screen goes black and the gpu fans does alot of noise , i dont know how to fix this ...
it may be a psu issue or a gpu issue
even when i turn it back from where i bought it they told me this problem didnt happen and it could be my mouse or my keyboard issue or it might be my hdmi cable ...
i really need your help guys and i will really appericate it

msi gtx 1060 gaming x
asus hm110k
8gb ram ddr
450 w psu

You say you keep the fans spinning at 60%. does that mean you made a custom fan curve? If you did, reset the curve to default.

If that doesnt work, check the back of the card and the pci-e connectors for burns or melting. check especially around the vram.

If theres no burns or melting, take off the heatsink and replace the thermal pads for vram/power delivery, and replace the thermal compound on the gpu.

i still didn't fix the problem guys but after my screen goes black i shut down my pc and open it again and then i checked the notifications i saw this " display driver failed to start using microsoft basic display driver instead"
im not sure if it's overheating because it ussually happens when my gpu temps are on 50/60 degrees
