Hi there,

First time Overclocking my rig and I had a couple of questions.

My Specs
Processor: AMD RYZEN 1700 3.0 (clocked to 3.8)
GPU: Aorus GTX 1080ti
MOTHERBOARD: ASUS X370
RAM: 16gb CORSAIR
POWER SUPPLY: Corsair 850

First question is about cooling.
I was wondering if I need to upgrade to an AIO or some sort of cooling mechanism for OCing. When i was running Heaven Benchmark my score was 3859. While I was running the benchmark, my system never ran above 75°C. I have not done any long term benchmarks yet, but I wanted to get a general sense for my rig before I invest in that. Do I need to gather more information before I buy one, or is my system ventilation enough to get by? Reading online indicated that anywhere between 70-80 seems to hit the spot, but I did not know if my system would continue to gradually increase in temperature from OCing overtime.

Second (I guess a little more off topic)
Is a 3859 Heaven Benchmark considered a decent score? I was looking at some scores online and seemed pretty intimidated by them lol, I think my rig is pretty strong for what it's worth. Not sure if that is where I should be, or higher/lower.

Third (Almost forgot)
When in BIOS I run my ddr memory at 2667. I read online that the Ryzen is a little shaky at 3000, but while I was bench marking it said memory at 4000 if i recall. Does that mean I can go up to that? Sorry if I sound like a noob, just doing this for the first time.

I really appreciate all your help!

Solution
bench is not stressing enough, try realbench/prime95. As long as temp is <85, it should be fine. Definitely no higher than 90. If you see it too hot in those stress test, get an AIO, but 3.8 should be fine for Ryzen 1700 with stock cooler :) 3200 MHz ram is good enough for me. ram improvement is kind of marginal past certain point, 3000+ should be good enough for now.
