I need some help with my PC (specifically about my GPU)

I built my new PC around 3 moths ago, I had to RMA the motherboard. I got it back and sometimes it does not post, so right now i'm using my pc and this is what is concerning me. I was just playing a light game and my pc blue screened, I was not worried because this has happened many times before. I restart my pc ( took about 3 times because of the posing issues) and i get the game back on and the screen has weird things happen the my speakers make a buzzing sound and i turn the pc off. Do you think its the motherboard or the GPU ( a 9 month old gtx 1060 6GB from GIGABYTE)

If your computer has crashed many times before, that is when you should be worried, not if it happened once.

Need full system specs, including the power...

If your computer has crashed many times before, that is when you should be worried, not if it happened once.

Need full system specs, including the power supply brand and model. Make sure the system is built properly, maybe have someone else that build systems before look it over to make sure all cables are in the right place and the motherboard is in the case properly. Re-seat RAM and other connections.
