I want to reuse my hard drive and ssd(windows installed) to my new pc build but I am aware that there will be problems. Are there any ways that allow me to keep the files on both of the drives?

Solution vapour Oct 6, 2017 no problem, Find your OS product key, backup all the data to non-booting drive, wipe clean the boot drive, reinstall OS.
