Extremely slow wi-fi, tried everything I found

My internet became increasingly slow this past week (going from 0-500bytes to at most 60kbps, and it keeps going up and down and up and down, but never works). This is on wi-fi (im on ethernet right now and it's fine), and it only started recently, out of nowhere. I've already ran my McAfee, Malwarebytes, AdwCleaner, adware tool, rootkit tool, Spybot, Superantispyware, the native virus searcher, ESET onlien scna, etc, so I think it's not some virus. I keep getting err_internet_closed, err_internet_timeout and simillar when it goes down to the minimum speed. I can find no errors with the windows troubleshooting, the dell support assist troubleshooting does nothing too. I updated every driver (checked it myself), bios, everything I had too. Cleaned every cache, every cookie and similar several times, reseted the router and PC, did those ipconfig and netsh commands everyone tells people with these problems to do, and even reset the network on settings and reinstalled the drivers, but the problem didn't go away.
Tried to use the google DNS, didn't work. Neither did turning off the firewall.
Doesn't matter how close I am to the router, the speed doesn't change.
Every other computer in the network works fine, as do cellphones.
I checked with HijackThis but have no idea what to do with it's log.
What can I possibly do now?

I have a qualcomm qca61x4a 802.11ac wireless adapter, windows 10, on a dell inspiron 7460

My internet became increasingly slow this past week (going from 0-500bytes to at most 60kbps, and it keeps going up and down and up and down, but never works). This is on wi-fi (im on ethernet right now and it's fine), and it only started recently, out of nowhere. I've already ran my McAfee, Malwarebytes, AdwCleaner, adware tool, rootkit tool, Spybot, Superantispyware, the native virus searcher, ESET onlien scna, etc, so I think it's not some virus. I keep getting err_internet_closed, err_internet_timeout and simillar when it goes down to the minimum speed. I can find no errors with the windows troubleshooting, the dell support assist troubleshooting does nothing too. I updated every driver (checked it myself), bios, everything I had too. Cleaned every cache, every cookie and similar several times, reseted the router and PC, did those ipconfig and netsh commands everyone tells people with these problems to do, and even reset the network on settings and reinstalled the drivers, but the problem didn't go away.
Tried to use the google DNS, didn't work. Neither did turning off the firewall.
Doesn't matter how close I am to the router, the speed doesn't change.
Every other computer in the network works fine, as do cellphones.
I checked with HijackThis but have no idea what to do with it's log.
What can I possibly do now?

I have a qualcomm qca61x4a 802.11ac wireless adapter, windows 10, on a dell inspiron 7460

Hey pepedentpresi,
Not too sure if you managed to solve this issue, but I had a similar problem (Wi-Fi extremely slow i.e. < 1 Mbps download speed) on my Dell Inspiron 24 - 5488 Series all-in-one. After two calls with Dell, it turns out that the issue was caused by the SmartByte Network Service x64 being set to 'Automatic'. Once the Startup type for this service was set to 'Disabled', my Wi-Fi network speed return to normal (around 25 Mbps). Not too sure what other flow-on effects this setting may have, but for the time being, this has certainly done the trick
