https://pcpartpicker.com/list/w92mXH ive put together possibly the best one i can come up with for the steep price of GPU's are at atm because of crypto mining. its not quite $1100 but its pretty close i wouldnt change it for the cost of an extra $33 so hope this helps

are you by any chance wanting to become a streamer because Ryzen is great for streaming not so great for gaming there is always AMD fans who will say that Ryzen is good for games but Intel still is ahead in the gaming department

intel is way better for gaming, but ryzen is cheaper, but and the end both are just fine and will serve you well.

but i would go with ryzen 5 1600, since it has more cores and threads, and you're going to lose 10-15 fps, higher than 60fps doesnt make much of a difference(not for me)
