Can you help me build a system around a few pre-owned parts

so i want a relatively fast gaming computer. Not extreme, but decent. I have a few things that i would like to keep to avoid costs

Processor: Intel i5 3470 3.2ghz
MB: Asus p8h61-m le/csm r2.0
RAM: 1 - 4gb ddr3 1600

To be purchased:

GPU: GTX 1060 6gb
RAM: 2x8gb DDR3 ....MHZ?

I would like to replace the RAM with 2x8gb, but i am stuck at the speed i can buy and have it compatible with my MB or Processor. Parts picker keeps showing me an incompatibility when i pick anything other than 1600mhz

Can anyone look and tell me if i either need a new motherboard or tell me what max speed i can get to work on my current one with that processor.

You enable XMP (usually by selecting a profile) however on higher clocked memory you may need to manually select the speed in addition to enabling XMP but typically XMP picks the correct speed.

It will support higher speeds but will require you to enable XMP in the BIOS.

As far as the build it looks good, I would suggest getting a 240gb+ SSD for the OS and maybe a game or two with longer loading screens as it will speed it up noticeably.

One last thing you'll want to check is the PSU, make sure it's good enough to run that GPU or you'll end up ruining it.

I apologize for being dim on this subject, but is enabling XMP as simple as enabling it in the BIOS?
And what speed would you recommend for the RAM? I see in the link that 1866 to 2200 say Overclock next to them. Will that be something easy to do or is that the XMP part?
