new STRIX Z270-e gaming no post no boot usb off

Hello everyone!

I have a problem with my new motherboard "strix z270-e asus"
When i try to boot it.
USB devices won't turning on
The power light on the MB is orange
Ceck leds are completley off
BIOS won't boot
CPU fans are on

Seems like my motherboard is dead!

my rig
- MB z270-e strix gaming
- RAM Corsair CMK16GX4M2B3000C15 Vengeance 3000mhz
- CPU 7700K
- PSU EVGA SuperNOVA GQ PSU 850W

Help please!

i just removed it to see if cpu heats up. by the way all power cables are connected correctly checked several times

I suggest taking the board outside the case, connecting both 24 and 8 pin power cables, CPU, CPU cooler and internal speaker. No other wires/components.
Start the board by shortly touching with a screwdriver the 2 pins on the board corresponding to the case power button.
See if the CPU fan does spin and if any beeps.
