What difference in gaming performance between the two (same, better, worse)

PC A:
Intel® Core i3-7100 (3.9GHz, 3M Cache, Dual Cores,4*Threads) Kablylake CPU
8GB DDR4 2133Mhz - Optimal Performance
2Gb GeForce GTX 1050 DDR5 Overclocked Edition Gamers Graphics Card
450w High Performance Power Supply
Intel H110 Chipset Motherboard with Sata3 +USB 3
240GB SSD Optimizing at 520MB/s read for Superior Performance
24x DVD-RW Super-MultiDrive - SATA3 6.0Gbps
BitFenix Comrade Mid Tower Chassis, Windowed Side Panel - White
8 Channel Audio + Gigabit lan

PC B:
GPU - Gigabyte Geforce GTX 1050 2GB GDDR5 128 Bit PCI-E Graphic Card
MOTHERBOARD - MSI B250M PRO-VD
CPU - Intel Pentium G4560
RAM - Ballistix Sport 8GB DDR4
PSU - EVGA 430w
HARD DRIVE - WD Blue 1TB
CASE - Thermaltake Versa H15 Case

They are both very, very similar. PC A has the slightly faster i3, but PC B [should have] slightly faster RAM. PC A has an SSD (but no HDD).

PC A is missing the exact model of motherboard and power supply.

PC B is missing the speed of the RAM and also exact model of power supply.

You haven't included a price with either.

PC A has a marginally better CPU and also comes with an SSD

However PC A has many unlisted parts which makes it very suspicious. Anytime someone says "high performance" but doest list actual model numbers is a big red flag, and a cheapo power supply can easily fry all the parts in it due to it being build with no protection circuitry.

PC A also lists an H110 motherboard with kabylake CPU which often wont work out of the box due to needing a bios update (which you cant do with a non-supported CPU).

PC A was pre-built from a South African website, http://www.pcint.co.za/en/gaming_pc. But I'm going to build one because it'll be cheaper and I've never built one before but I have a passion for building certain things and assembling parts. PC A has things missing that I want to know but it's just not there so I can't approve of that website.
