Hi guys.

So I am going to be thorough with this...
All we did was change the RAM and then the laptop locked us out...
Its a personal use laptop, it already had a BIOS password, and the client knew about it.
He gave us the BIOS password even, he always logs in with said password...

we tried the following:

-putting in the old RAM.
-bios-pw.org
-Removing the CMOS battery for about an hour, the laptop off power.
-Resetting it manually by trying to short the BIOS(best way I can explain this part)
-Calling Dell even...
--and all they could tell us was replace the motherboard...

Now... here is the dilemma... that is not an option, or at least we would like to think so...

If anybody has one more tiny thing that we can try, I would really appreciate it!
the laptop itself is a Dell inspiron 15
the service tag is FKRY1X1
the system disable code is 8F5253E96ACB2B76
If anyone knows anything, doesn't matter how small! Anything will be appreciated right now!

Thank you for your time!

Solution
No one is going to help you bypass a password on anything for any reason. No way to verify your story or prove you own it, or he owns it.
